Cranberry Jam

It is my latest creation from my kitchen and is just begging to be apart of your holiday meals.

Cranberry jam is not adversed to being warmed up. In fact, a little warmth can open a whole world of possibilities when looking to add a bit of tasty tartness to your treats. Use it as a warm sauce for sweets. When warmed up it’s not as thick as when cold. It then makes a festive sauce for ice cream and cakes.

It isn't just there for taste but can enhance the looks of your food as well. Use it to make pink whipped cream. Use a dollop of the delicate pink whipped cream atop hot chocolate or a homemade pie.

Even though our grills our put away this time of season, my cranberry jam can make a great base for homemade barbecue sauce. Who said cranberries could only work with turkey?
